You agree to use CallLab only for lawful purposes and in compliance with your organization’s policies.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any content you submit.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, or use the product to violate privacy, security, or recording laws.

CallLab may suspend accounts that present risk to the platform, other users, or our infrastructure.

The software, design, branding, and all related content are owned by CallLab or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the service except where allowed by law.

The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind except where explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

For enterprise deployments, a written agreement may supersede portions of these terms.
