Data Deletion Request

Use this page to understand how to request deletion of account or organization data stored in CallLab.

How to Request Deletion

Email hello@calllab.academy with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the account email, organization name, and any relevant workspace identifiers.

We may ask for identity verification before processing a deletion request.

What May Be Deleted

Depending on your plan and legal obligations, we may delete or anonymize account records, call archives, transcripts, coaching notes, and associated metadata.

Certain records may be retained for security, billing, audit, or legal purposes where required.

Processing Window

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete standard requests within a reasonable operational window.

Enterprise customers may have a separate contractual process for data removal and retention settings.

Enterprise Admins

If your account is managed by an organization, deletion may need to be initiated by an authorized administrator.
